Why does GAMEARLY process your data?

All the data you enter on the Platform or that you generate when creating your account, publishing content, or communicating with GAMEARLY’s customer service is collected for the purpose of providing you with the Services offered on the Platform.

Some of this data is mandatory, while other data is optional in order to benefit from all the Services. Mandatory or optional personal data is indicated at the time of collection. GAMEARLY may occasionally use tools provided by third parties in order to provide the Services accessible via the Platform.

In any case, GAMEARLY remains either the Data Controller or first-tier processor, depending on the specific processing activity.

GAMEARLY remains responsible for ensuring compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in all situations. It also undertakes to work only with processors who strictly comply with the applicable regulations and who present a level of security in line with applicable standards.

Are your personal data transferred outside the European Union?

Your data is hosted within the European Economic Area (EEA) and is not transferred outside the EEA.

In the event that GAMEARLY engages processors located outside the EEA or those who may carry out all or part of the subcontracted processing outside the EEA, GAMEARLY undertakes to implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers. In particular, it undertakes to use only processors located in countries benefiting from an adequacy decision by the European Commission or with whom it will have concluded standard contractual clauses.
